The Service Flow
The platform guided teams through a continuous improvement cycle:
Survey & Assessment: Team members complete surveys to identify wellness challenges
Workshop & Root Cause Analysis: Teams review scores in a facilitated online workshop, select priority issues, and use the platform to uncover root causes
